Please note the following points when booking a taxi.

​This taxi requires a reservation. There will be no shared rides with other customers.

Reservations can be made using this reservation form or by phone. For reservations in English, please use the reservation form on the English website.

Please make your reservation by the day before. If you wish to cancel, please contact us in advance. Cancellations on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Advance online payment may be required for departures and arrivals from locations other than Nagano Station. Your reservation will be confirmed after online payment. You can pay by credit card, QR code, or cash onboard the vehicle.
