Reservation Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel your booking for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees apply, based on the date of service.

・Up to 8 days before: Free of charge
・7 to 3 days before: 10% of the scheduled fare
・2 days before: 30% of the scheduled fare
・1 day before: 50% of the scheduled fare
・On the day, or no-show: 100% of the scheduled fare

Any amount already paid will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee. Bank transfer or payment processing fees for refunds are borne by the customer.
