The GPS service is a system that uses Google Maps to accurately transmit your current location to the driver who is coming to pick you up.
This is extremely convenient for customers who are not fluent in Japanese or when it's difficult to explain the pick-up location.
Furthermore, simply by selecting your destination, you can see the real-time status of the taxi's movements. Please make use of this feature to arrive at your destination accurately.
How to use
① Open Google Maps and place a flag at the location where you want to call a taxi.
② Next, click the share button and make a copy.
③ Open the reservation form and paste it into the message field at the bottom. Fill in the required information on the reservation form and submit it! Now please wait for us to contact you.
④ We will contact you by phone, social media, or email to confirm your reservation.
We will also send customers who have made a reservation a URL that will show the vehicle's arrival time and current location.
⑤ Depending on your mobile phone settings, you may not be able to open the link. In that case, please copy the URL and paste it into Google search to view it.
