Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation fee between 3 and 7 days in advance: 10% of the scheduled flight price

• Cancellation fee up to 2 days before: 30% of the scheduled trip amount

• Cancellation fee the day before: 50% of the scheduled trip price

• Cancellation fee on the day: 100% of the scheduled trip amount
